Digital Processing Systems (DPS) implemented a comprehensive digital solution for PAI, migrating from Oracle-based systems to Liferay DXP 7.4. The solution integrated a centralized content management system (CMS) that supports multi-channel digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring that PAI’s 160 digital services are delivered seamlessly.

The web portal was modernized with Liferay DXP, offering a centralized platform for accessing regulatory information, managing services, and improving workflow efficiency. The mobile application enables citizens and internal users to access these services on-the-go, ensuring full mobile compatibility and accessibility across both platforms. Together, the web portal and mobile app create a unified experience for PAI’s stakeholders.

Using Liferay DXP 7.4, the migration enhanced the user experience and simplified content management, making it easier for internal teams to update and publish information.
