For GIG Kuwait’s B2B operations, DPS implemented a tailored portal for brokers and agents. This portal facilitates seamless access to policy management tools, RFQ submissions, and customer service capabilities. It integrates multiple systems, providing brokers with real-time data access and a centralized location to manage and track their clients’ insurance needs. The portal supports efficient workflow management and improves collaboration between GIG Kuwait, brokers, and clients.
The B2C portal enables end customers to fully interact with GIG Kuwait’s insurance services online, from policy purchase to claims management. The platform provides a modern, user-friendly interface that makes complex insurance products accessible to the general public. Integrated with Liferay’s powerful capabilities, this portal ensures a smooth customer journey with minimal friction, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.
In addition to the B2B and B2C portals, DPS implemented an Underwriter Portal for internal employees at GIG Kuwait. This portal streamlines the underwriting process by providing real-time access to policy applications, client information, and other necessary data, allowing underwriters to make informed decisions quickly and accurately. The platform also allows for automation of routine tasks, improving efficiency and reducing human error.
The entire system was built on Liferay DXP, enabling integration with various third-party systems and providing a flexible architecture to accommodate future business needs and growth.
