Digital Processing Systems (DPS) designed an end-to-end robotic process automation solution to streamline Warba Insurance’s underwriting operations. The solution was architected to automate the processing of insurance requests by retrieving data from internal business systems, validating policy information, applying predefined business rules, and completing underwriting activities through an intelligent automated workflow.
The solution was designed to integrate with Warba Insurance’s underwriting platform, enterprise databases, and reporting services, creating a centralized and reliable processing environment. It incorporated automated request classification, policy processing, status updates, exception management, and reporting capabilities to reduce manual intervention and improve operational consistency.
Once deployed, the solution is expected to improve processing efficiency, reduce manual data entry, enhance operational accuracy, and accelerate underwriting turnaround times. The scalable automation framework has been designed to support future business growth and additional insurance products while enabling Warba Insurance to advance its digital transformation initiatives.
