The Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA), Kuwait, partnered with Digital Processing Systems (DPS) to modernize key social service systems. DPS developed two solutions:
These solutions streamline services through digital workflows and multi-channel access, enabling MOSA to offer efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric services. Built on .NET, they integrate with the Kuwait National Mobile ID and Sahel mobile app for enhanced accessibility and security.
Digital Processing Systems (DPS) implemented comprehensive digital solutions that enhanced MOSA’s ability to manage and deliver social services. The Hadanaty Application modernizes the private nursery licensing process by enabling citizens to apply for and manage nursery licenses online. This solution includes workflow automation, secure payments, and integration with government systems such as the Kuwait National Mobile ID and Sahel mobile application, streamlining the approval and inspection processes.
The Elderly Care Management System provides citizens and guardians with an efficient way to request and manage elderly care services. The solution supports service requests, medical visits, and appointment tracking, ensuring that both citizens and healthcare providers can access a centralized system for managing elderly care needs. This system is also integrated with the Kuwait National Mobile ID for secure citizen authentication and easy access to services.
Both solutions have a web portal and a mobile application, providing multi-channel access. The mobile application is optimized for both Android and iOS devices, allowing users to manage requests, track appointments, and stay updated on their care services from anywhere.
These solutions utilize Active Directory authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure secure and controlled access across various user roles, whether accessing the system through the portal or the mobile app. The integration of the Sahel mobile application and Kuwait National Mobile ID enhances security and ensures compliance with national regulations.
These systems offer a fully digital experience that reduces paperwork, improves service delivery efficiency, enhances coordination between departments, and improves the overall citizen experience by offering accessible, transparent, and efficient services.
